Our goal is to have the best corporate carsharing and fleet management software. This is why we update our software every two weeks. Not every update is immediately visible to our customers, and some (such as security improvements and performance updates) are not visible at all. However, for any visible updates we create a detailed overview so that users can familiarize themselves with these new features and feel comfortable in utilizing our system. Today we would like to introduce the latest changes in our system.
PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS
Companies that have many vehicles and bookings will immediately notice these improvements. The loading time for the Admin Calendar and Booking list has decreased significantly. We have adapted some algorithms and revised our database structures; thus, the loading screen above belongs to the past.
AUTOMATIC UPDATING OF KEY MANAGERS VIEW
The Key Manager’s life has just been made easier! Spontaneous vehicle bookings are automatically updated and displayed in the key view. In order for the bookings to be immediately displayed, there is no need to manually update this page.
EDIT MODE IN ADMIN CALENDAR
The basis for the optimization of the entire vehicle pool is ready. From today onwards, administrators can directly change all reservations and redistribute bookings to other vehicles.
Important: whilst the calendar is being edited by the administrator, users are not able to book a vehicle.
The function "Editing in Admin Calendar" must be activated in the settings.
