Our goal is to have the best corporate carsharing and fleet management software. This is why we update our software every two weeks. Not every update is immediately visible to our customers, and some (such as security improvements and performance updates) are not visible at all. However, for any visible updates we create a detailed overview so that users can familiarize themselves with these new features and feel comfortable in utilizing our system. Today we would like to introduce the latest changes in our system.
EDIT VEHICLES' MILEAGE
Making it easier to keep your driver logs clean, the mileage in the vehicle's details section is now editable. So far this was just possible in the booking-list section in your fleetster portal. The kilometer-difference will be added to or deducted from the last booking. To make it even easier for you, always start with editing the booking which caused the error (transposed numbers); then you will achieve your goal even faster: a correct and complete driver log.
COLLAPSIBLE DETAILS
You can now hide all details regarding users, vehicles and locations, according to your needs and reduce scrolling time.
LOCAL ADMIN AND LOCAL KEYMANAGER
We have two brand new user-types: Local Admins and Local Keymanagers. If you select users, they will receive all e-mail-notifications for the corresponding location. If you do not need it, just leave it empty.
NUMBER PLATES IN ANALYTICS
To provide you a better and more meaningful analytics, we have implemented the vehicle's number plate in this section as well.

Now you are also able to export your current users and vehicles.
