New at fleetster: The booking release option
As an admin you are able to activate this new function and thus install an additional security level to support your fleet management - from now on, an admin has the possibility to decide on which kind he wants to release a booking. If a user wants to drive one of the cars that has to be released before, the responsible admin will receive an e-mail and a notification in fleetster that a requirement is currently pending for a confirmation. The admin now decides for himself whether he wants to allow or refuse the requirement and can justify this with individual comments, if this seems to be necessary. Subsequently, the user will be notified of the decision by e-mail as well. Protect your entire pool of cars or just individual vehicles - now you have the chance to become the master of the situation! Especially for valuable cars in the fleet, this feature can be very use- and helpful.
